Habtronics offers an all-in-one balloon fill kit to safely and easily fill your high-altitude balloons. These kits come with a Preece Precision CGA-580 pressure regulator to safely reduce the pressure from your helium tank down from 3000 psi to 80 psi. The hose is a ½ in. diameter Flexilla hybrid polymer hose. These hoses combine the lightness of PVC with the complete memory-free kink-free performance of a rubber hose, and are rated for -40° to 140°F.

Via brass hose barb, we attach a custom-built balloon neck adapter in 2 sizes, depending on the size of your balloon.

We also affix a label listing the approximate weight of the balloon adapter plus 4 ft. of hose to help accurately calculate your fill. These adapters are made from furniture grade polished PVC, and we manually add a smooth beveled edge to prevent any possibility of damaging the balloon.
