1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of purchase for a refund. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.
  • In original, undamaged packaging.
  • Returned with all original accessories and documentation.

Items that are used, opened beyond basic inspection, or damaged due to customer handling may not be eligible for return.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@habtronics.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship the package using a trackable carrier.

We recommend keeping your shipment receipt and tracking details until your return is completed.

4. Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

HABTronics is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. Using tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact info@habtronics.com promptly with a description and, when possible, photos of the issue.

For verified defective or damaged items:

  • Return requests within 30 days are accepted.
  • A full refund will be issued.
  • Return shipping may be covered by HABTronics when approved in advance.

We may request additional diagnostic details to validate defect claims before final approval.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days after receipt and inspection.
  • Bank posting time: your card issuer or bank may require an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.
  • Items that do not meet the eligibility requirements above.
