Products are shipped to addresses within the United States. We are not responsible for delays in shipment caused by carriers or factors beyond our control. Risk of loss for products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for all claims regarding missing, damaged, or lost shipments.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from shipping delays.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. Our sole obligation under warranty is repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion.

If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Massachusetts under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
